“The ground temperature is 4 degrees (39F)”, the captain's announcement before landing at London Heathrow Airport made my heart sink. It was 27 degree Celsius (80F) when we left Hong Kong. But walking into the fresh air and the beautiful scenery convinced me that the next chapter of my life in the UK would be as enjoyable as in HK, if not more.
I can’t wait to start exploring my local rich wildlife and its exciting stories in the Southwest of England~
